All items are sent out via Royal Mail. Cost of postage is worked out by the total weight of your order.
We aim to dispatch items in 2 working days of your order being placed, however, considering the hand made nature of our products we can’t always guarantee there will be sufficient stock for your items to be immediately dispatched. If the scenario arises where we can’t dispatch your items within 2 working days you shall be notified of the delay via email along with an estimated date of dispatched.
If you live outside the UK or the European Union you may be subject to customs charges or import tax. It is our responsibility to ensure that any customs declaration we make on your package is accurate including the value of the items. Any charges that your incur are not out responsibility! If you are unsure of whether you could potentially incur services charges, custom charges or import tax we would suggest you get in touch with your nation’s customs authority to clarify.
Lost, Late or Missing items
If you order has not arrived in a suitable amount of time after dispatch (usually between 5-15 working days) then send us an email and we shall endeavour to track your order down. In these situations it is also important to get in touch with your local sorting office to see if an error has occurred there.
